Polinsky said that in his first season on the show he saw Eggert sitting on Baio's lap and jumped up to join them, assuming he was telling story. It was not innocent. It was sexual in nature. Baio has denied all of the allegations made by Eggert and Polinsky. Baio accused Eggert of Polinsky of embarking on a 'media tour' because they were 'hungry for publicity.
